Plugged In: How Tech Shapes Mental Health

  • Village Park Pavillion 1 11700 Pierson Road Wellington, FL, 33414 United States (map)

Join us for an open and engaging mental health event designed specifically for teen boys, focused on the impact of technology on mental health—both the challenges and the benefits. We’ll explore how social media, gaming, and screen time can affect stress, self-esteem, focus, and sleep, while also highlighting how technology can be used as a powerful tool for connection, creativity, and personal growth.

This is a relaxed, supportive space to talk, learn, and reflect with peers and mentors—no pressure, just real conversation and practical takeaways for everyday life.

In partnership with Q.Cuts, we’ll also be offering limited hair touch-ups during the event as a way to build confidence and community connection.
